Cleanse your Skin

Cleanse your skin with a gentle, alcohol and sulfate free, facial cleanser. Sulfates and alcohol will cause dry skin and possible irritation.

Wether you wash your face with your hands or a facial brush, you need to wash both before you begin. You want anything that touches your face to be clean.

Sometimes you have to do the “trial & error” thing. Some people can wash their face twice a day everyday and for some people that process makes their skin really dry or irritated.

Moisturize & Hydrate the Skin

Moisturizing the skin keeps it hydrated. This rejuvenates and revives the skin. Moisturizing prevents dryness as well as creating a protective barrier on the skin. This prevents UV rays and harsh particles in the air or environment from damaging your skin. Keeping your skin hydrated can also temporarily reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Eye Care

The eyes can make you look 10 years younger than you are or 10 years older than you are.

The skin around the eyes are thinner than the rest of your face. Under the eyes are more prone to puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles.

Delicate skin needs a gentle touch. Do not pull or rub the skin under your eyes. Pat the eye product in with your finger and allow product to absorb into your skin.

Use products that promote new cell growth. Ingredients such as vitamin c, hyaluronic serum, vitamin a, green tea, antioxidants and Aloe Vera. These are just a few of some of the best ingredients or your skin.

These two skin conditions are hard to distinguish sometimes. Both have similar symptoms and similar appearances to each other.
