Are your products tested on animals?

No. None of my products are tested on animals. There were no animals harmed while making these products. All products are handmade.

Do you offer wholesale on your products?

No. There is no wholesale available at this time.

Where are you located?

I am based in Texas but my store is only online at this time.

What if I never receive my order?

If you do not receive your order, please send a message or email at info@wegrowandweglow.com. All orders come with a tracking number.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed.?

If you are needing to make changes to your address or name, please notify me within 24-48 hours of placing the order. If you do not let know about any changes to your order with in 24-48 hours of placing your order, I can not guarantee changes will be made.

Shipping slips are made within 24-48 hours after you have placed an order. Please keep that in mind.

Will my order come with a tracking number?

Yes! All orders, come with a tracking number. It dose not matter if you order 1 item or 20 items, you will receive a tracking number.

What shipping carrier do you?

I ship all packages through USPS. All products are shipped in boxes. I do not use the paper mailers.

Can your hair care products be used for children?

YES! All hair care products can be used on children as young as 1 years old.

Are any of your products edible?

NO! NONE OF MY PRODUCTS ARE EDIBLE!! MY PRODUCTS ARE FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY! I ONLY MAKE AND SELL HAIR AND SKIN CARE PRODUCTS! NO PRODUCTS ON THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE CONSUMED! DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANY OF THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASE FROM ME!!
